Honking is a Crime
Not just on the road., off the road too.
Have you come across people who are very prompt in responding to your emails. Ones you can find with lots of verbal communication. Invariably raising your adrenalin, read bloody blood pressure, with an enviably strong anglais verbosa.
On the road, you are driving inside the city limits and there’s not much you can do about traffic. Here’s a man behind you, who is wanting to go faster than you and you have nowhere to give way. But this champion of F1 will not spare you, and keeps honking at you indiscriminately.
Now you know where I come from. If no, read further.
There are enough examples to showcase what is inappropriate behaviour . This will guide us on what is appropriate. behaviour.
Back to the workspace, these honkers are good at getting the momentum on, which is by the courtesy of all other peaceful drivers. Needless to say, these Peaceful Drivers are ignored because they don’t make the noise that the Honkers make. To them, this is good riddance. Little do the honkers realise, that they can be the cause of ill-health to a many around them.
Bosses will avoid any confrontation with the Honkers as they carry a nuisance value even to them, but they do deliver an advantage – minimum deliverables. While the Honkers don’t qualify for any RnR effort, they are also U S E D to keep the competition at bay, be it within the organization or elsewhere. These Honkers will continue to play (ruin) the Honk. While they see the melody from it, the whole world sees absolute noise from this. Know from them anytime, they are the smartest in the world, of course, to them the rest of the world is pathetically Idiotic.
Poor fellas, when would they understand that they are being Used for the benefit of the few; while making the lives of the world around them miserable.
We can do the effort here to reform the honkers, tune their communication skills in the right direction. They are otherwise, good leaders in business who can do a great job, only if they focus their energies in the right directions.
Hoo Too To Too. Stop Honking.
