Angling for Mindfulness

Modern day disease ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder), I am sure is more prevalent in us adults than children, than being actually reported. Thanks to information over-dose in electronic media, especially facebook and whatsapp, we are flushed with tons and tons of garbage into our minds. In order to maintain sanity, we need to call-off regularly, sort of digital sabbatical.
