Beware of 2 Values

You may think there is a mistake in this title. Be assured, you will find it apt when you finish reading this.

In any person or entity, whatever they may boast of, when it comes to value systems, there are two main values which cannot be avoided and must be taken care of.

Simple, Face value is one such thing.
Each one of us want to be valued for our worth, which we always value higher except a few of us who got seasoned to low esteem. But none of us really know what we are actually worth. As a matter of fact, 90 percent of the decisions are taken on the face value under the veils of intuitive decisions – actually, impulsive, unscientific decisions. As we tend to expect others to not go by face value but content, we must do practice the same every moment. On the contrary, when you count on others’ viewpoints about you and your proposals, do remember to maintain your face value too. It is very important if you want to succeed and scale up in life. Face value carries the maximum influence, so it cannot be disregarded at any point of time. Be it in relationships or the workplace. Mind you, do not take face value lightly.

Second important value that we should be conscious about is Nuisance value. You should first be cautious and conscious of the impressions you leave in people’s minds by your acts or speech. Correct yourself if your speech is getting to a bore of nuisance before you get labeled so for life.

On another, perspective, nuisance value can be termed as the negative effect or disrepute that one can cause over another by hiding actual reasons for his disappointment with the former and spread ill-will or damage against him.

Simply put, taking revenge indirect way. Such nv-able characters can cause more bad than good and therefore, one needs to be very cautious while dealing with them. Example, while dealing with secretaries and drivers of our bosses, one should be more cautious, for, these people carry higher nuisance value due to their proximity to our bosses.

These 2 value systems are inherent in any entity, being or organization and so needs to be dealt with properly.
